Why BowMerge exists
We started BowMerge because we saw too many teams struggling after a deal closed. As people who worked deep in post-merger integrations for software companies, we saw the pain up close: work scattered across different tools, confusion about who does what, and big goals slipping away because things just weren’t connected. Everyone wanted more value and faster returns, but messy processes got in the way.
Every integration seemed to bring long emails, old spreadsheets, missed deadlines, and stress for both private equity firms and the companies they buy. We witnessed how hard it was for value creation teams. Smart, hardworking people stuck using slow, outdated systems with no clear path to measure results. We knew there had to be a better way.
